Eligibility Criteria

In accordance with the U.S. Consumer Rights Act and beauty product safety regulations, we accept returns and exchangeswithin 30 days of product delivery, which must meet the following beauty product-specific hygiene and quality standards:

Eligible Items

  • Unused, Unopened, with Intact Original Packaging: Hair removal devices (sealed in original boxes, no usage traces, unopened lids), beauty masks (unopened, no stains or scratches), mirrors (unopened, no chips or cracks).
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., non-functional gears of hair removal devices, dim lights of beauty masks, hidden cracks in mirrors) or shipping damage (e.g., dented casings of hair removal devices, broken straps of beauty masks, shattered mirror packaging).
  • Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order (e.g., wrong model of hair removal device, non-sensitive skin beauty mask instead of the ordered one, wrong size of mirror).
  • Safety-Related Items: Products that fail to meet U.S. beauty product safety standards (e.g., hair removal devices with excessive energy output, beauty masks with harmful chemical residues, mirrors with formaldehyde emissions) — we offer full refunds plus free return shipping for such items.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used/Opened Items: Products that have been used, tried on, or cleaned (e.g., hair removal devices with skin contact traces, beauty masks with makeup residues, mirrors with fingerprints) — due to hygiene restrictions and resale limitations for beauty products that come into direct contact with the skin.
  • Custom-Made Items: Personalized engraved mirrors, custom-patterned beauty masks, or tailored hair removal devices cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects — we will confirm this with you before processing custom orders.
  • Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use or storage (e.g., hair removal devices damaged by water immersion, beauty masks damaged by overheating, mirrors cracked by dropping).

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to our customer support mailbox with the following information: We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
    1. Your full name, order number, and shipping address.
    2. Detailed product information (e.g., "Laser Hair Removal Device Model X1," "LED Beauty Mask for Sensitive Skin," "10-Inch High-Definition Makeup Mirror").
    3. Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "hair removal device gears don't work," "beauty mask lights are dim," "mirror has hidden cracks," "received wrong model").
    4. Supporting materials:
      • For damaged/defective items: Clear photos or videos showing the problem (e.g., malfunctioning hair removal device, dim beauty mask lights, mirror cracks) and the original packaging.
      • For incorrect items: Photos comparing the received product with your order confirmation (e.g., model mismatch, color difference).
  2. Prepare the Return Items:
    1. Hair Removal Devices: Repack all parts (device body, power cord, accessories, user manual) into the original box — ensure the box is sealed securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
    2. Beauty Masks: Repack in the original box with all accessories (charging cable, adjustment straps, cleaning cloth) — ensure no stains or scratches on the mask surface.
    3. Mirrors: Wrap in bubble wrap and repack in the original padded box to prevent cracking during transit. For mirrors with stands, ensure the stand is securely fixed to avoid detachment.
  3.     1. Defective/Incorrect/Safety-Related Items: We will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping label — no need for you to pay any shipping fees.
    2. Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee, which varies by product size and weight:
      • Hair Removal Device: $12.99 flat fee (for standard-sized devices); $18.99 flat fee (for large-sized devices).
      • Beauty Mask: $6.99 flat fee (single piece); $10.99 flat fee (set of 2+).
      • Mirror: $8.99 flat fee (≤12 inches); $14.99 flat fee (>12 inches).

Refund & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect and confirm the returned items. The refund amount is determined as follows: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to process the refund.
    • For defective/incorrect/safety-related items: Full refund of the product price plus the original shipping fee (no deductions).
    • For change of mind returns: Refund of the product price minus the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee (to cover the cost of repackaging, safety inspection, and reshelving beauty products).
  • Exchanges: Processed according to the following rules:
    • Same Product Replacement: For defective items (e.g., a new hair removal device to replace a malfunctioning one, a new mirror to replace a cracked one), we will ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days with free delivery.
    • Model/Color/Size Exchange: For model mismatches, color changes, or size adjustments (e.g., exchanging a basic hair removal device for a premium one, a pink beauty mask for a white one, a small mirror for a large one), we will process the exchange after verifying the returned items. You need to pay the price difference if the new item is more expensive, or we will issue a partial refund if the new item is cheaper.
